As a provider of high quality new-build and refurbished housing, we aim to occupy a responsible, conscientious position in the marketplace by expanding upon the environmental commitment of our Directors.

We should assume that our buildings will be around long after we are gone and we aim to minimise the long-term impact we have on the environment as house-builders by endeavouring to significantly exceed the current expectations of the marketplace. We will create bespoke, imaginative & contextually appropriate schemes for each project we are involved with.

We are keen to recycle, restore and re-use old buildings, where appropriate. Architectural conservation is justifiable in it’s own right but it also allows the lifespan of existing housing stock to serve the needs of the marketplace well into the future, with lower energy consequences than demolition and rebuild.

So, we aim to provide low-energy, environmentally responsible, high-quality housing that is considerate of the future needs of the occupiers. We will achieve this by specifying the advanced technology that is available today, exceeding the requirements of the relevant Building Regulations and designing flexible housing that can grow and adapt with the lifestyles of the occupiers.

We also hope to educate the marketplace to expect more from their house-builders by applying these principles as standard to everything that we do. This will contrast with, and provide an alternative to the cynical, ‘lowest common denominator’ style of housing development currently implemented by the vast majority of major, national house builders, reinforcing our position as an attractive, viable market-leader.
