High Street, Sutton 103 High Street, Sutton was an earlier project and remains as part of our investment portfolio.  The building was structurally unsound with an extension to the rear which was falling away from the main structure.

The rear of the house was completely demolished and rebuilt to a new design to double the size of the original cottage.  This dwelling now boasts 4 bedrooms, (One En-suite), Family Bathroom, Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen/Family Room, Utility Room, Cloaks and Garage.  Fire places and original surrounds were opened up and restored.  The front elevation was restored to its original cottage style with the addition of a covered porch and mild steel railings.  The gardens were landscaped with additional terracing.
