Chairperson- Dr. Pamela Norman MBBS MRCS LRCP FIMC RCSEd

Dr. Norman, founder of the company, has enjoyed a significant medical career in the East Cambridgeshire region for many years. Her successful working relationship with David Simpson during the Coach House project at Church End resulted in the formation of the company, coinciding with her medical retirement from full-time practice. Pam has gained invaluable experience of the construction industry and property development in recent years and is a formidable Project Manager with exceptionally high quality control standards. Pam also has responsibility for Health, Safety & Welfare. As a keen conservationist, our Chair wishes to lead the company towards historic building preservation and environmentally responsible development.

Managing Director- David Simpson AMInstLM

David has almost forty years experience in the construction industry, much of which has been spent at managerial, director or chair level. He completed his apprenticeship in the sixties before progressing to general building contracts with a decorating & protective coatings bias. At one stage, David held Directorships with several successful building and construction-related companies, having direct involvement with group marketing and substantial group fiscal turnover. He later progressed to become the Chairman of an award winning company offering fire protection specialist services within the UK construction industry. He has spent several years now working with Pam on the Coach House conversion project at Church End HQ and recently managed the Sutton High Street project.
